Can I return items?

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept any items in original condition within 60 days of purchase.

Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Customer is liable for costs of returning goods.
Please allow 7 working days for us to receive and process your return.

How do I return the items?

Please ensure all items are in a re-sellable condition with all the original packaging and tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, or embroidered items.
Fill out the returns note and include it in your package. If you misplaced your returns note you can download it here).

You can choose to return directly to us by sending your package via Royal Mail or other service or use the convenient Collect+ service.

Free Returns  Weekend

Occasionally, we run a special promotion offering free returns during a specified timeframe. To avail of this you need to contact our customer service on 02032 875990 or e-mail us at We will then e-mail you a free returns label that will allow you to use the Collect+ service. 

If you choose to use your own shipping service you will be liable for shipping costs.

The offer is only valid on online orders.

Using Collect+

  1. Go to
  2. Register your return, pay the fee and print out the return label.
  3. Attach it to your parcel.
  4. Drop it off at one of the Collect+ locations.

When will I receive my refund?

If item is returned in new condition within 60 days, with proof of purchase (i.e., your packing slip) and the item(s) have not been worn, washed or embroidered, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card). Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you do not have a packing slip or original order number, call us at 02032 875990 and we will search for your order information. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be posted to your credit card account the day we process your return. Please note it can take your the bank between 7-10 working days to action this refund. If you ordered by check, your refund check will be sent to you via Royal Mail.


Can I exchange my items?

At the moment we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item(s) return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
Wrong Items Shipped or Damaged in Transit

For fastest service, call us at 02032 875990 or e-mail us at with your order number, name, address and details on the item you ordered and the item you received. If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the return once we receive it.






We offer postage to our Australian customers at the same rate as those in the UK which is £4.00. If you change your mind or are unhappy with the colour or size you can return the item to us for an exchange or refund. We understand that shipping may take a long time and therefore offer a 56 day return policy to our Australian customers. Customer is liable for the cost of returning goods.
