Delivery & Returns
All prices quoted on this page include VAT.
You can choose from one of the following delivery options in the UK:
Standard Delivery (untracked) - £3.99
Tracked Delivery (GLS courier) - £5.99
Your parcel will arrive within 2-4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you place your order.
If your order is out of stock it can take up between 2-4 weeks for you to receive your goods.
If you have asked for embroidery you should allow an additional 7-10 days for your goods to be delivered.
Once packages have been shipped, the postal service or the courier is responsible for delivery. We do not insure packages.
Unused products can be returned for a refund for up to 60 days after purchase. The goods must be returned ‘as new’ in their original packaging including all tags, labels etc. Goods received back in any condition other than ‘as new’ will be returned back to you. Your refund will include the full value of the returned items less the cost of carriage from us to you. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item.
Please note that embroidered, special order and sale items cannot be returned.
We currently do not accept exchanges.

Occasionally, we run a special promotion offering free returns during a specified timeframe. To avail of this, you need to contact our customer service on 02032 875990 or e-mail us at email@example.com. We will then e-mail you a free returns label that will allow you to use the Collect+ service.
If you choose to use your own shipping service you will be liable for shipping costs. When active, our Free Returns offer is only valid on online orders

- Register your return, pay the fee and print out the return label.
- Attach it to your parcel.
- Drop it off at one of the Collect+ locations.
If item is returned in new condition within 60 days, with proof of purchase (i.e., your packing slip) and the item(s) have not been worn, washed or embroidered, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card) less shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable, we have to pay couriers! If you do not have a packing slip or original order number, call us at 02032 875990 and we will search for your order information. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be posted to your credit card account the day we process your return. Please note it can take your the bank between 7-10 working days to action this refund. If you ordered by check, your refund check will be sent to you via Royal Mail.
We offer the option of making special orders, these are not items that we carry in stock. These are marked (to order) and are normally dispatched 3-4 weeks after order. Please note that special orders cannot be returned.
Please be aware that there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items. This includes items on the sale or clearance page, any items marked as "sale" or discounted items anywhere on the site.
