We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, returning your items is quick and easy.
Free UK returns
We now offer free tracked returns for all UK customers via Royal Mail.

Return conditions
- You can return unused items within 90 days of purchase for a refund.
- Items must be returned ‘as new’ – unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Items returned in a used or damaged condition will be sent back to you.
- Refunds will be issued for the item cost excluding original delivery charges.
- For returns outside the UK, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Non-returnable items
Please note the following cannot be returned:
- Scrub hats
- Socks
- Face masks
- Embroidered items
- Customised or special orders
When will I get my refund?
- Once we receive your return in new condition, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 working days for your bank to process the refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you paid by cheque, your refund will be posted to you via Royal Mail.
- Missing your packing slip or order number? Contact us and we’ll help locate your order.
Sale items
Sale items can be returned for a refund only within 14 days of receipt.
