Returns

Easy, Free Returns: Changed your mind? No problem! You have up to 90 days to return any unused products free of charge. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Refunds: We’ll refund the full value of your returned items, excluding the original delivery charge.
Free Return Shipping: Create your free returns label through the Royal Mail returns portal.

Return Note: Please include your completed returns note with your parcel. If you need a new one, download it here.

No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Special Orders: Items marked “To Order” are customised or specially ordered and cannot be returned.
Scrub hats, socks, face masks and embroidered items cannot be returned.

Refunds Only: Sale items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt, but exchanges are not available.

We strive to supply items of the highest quality and in perfect condition. However, if your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Can I return worn items? No. We only accept unused, unworn and unwashed items in their original condition.
How long do I have to return an item? Standard items can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Are UK returns free? Yes. UK customers can return eligible items free of charge through our Royal Mail returns portal.
When will I receive my refund? Once your return has been received and processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 working days for your bank to apply the refund.
