A drawstring waistband ensures you can adjust to your most comfortable fit throughout the day.

Fabric description: Made from super soft, 4-way stretch Next Gen fabric, this collection guarantees a full range of movement. Our bestseller.

Fabric composition: The fabric blend consists of 73% polyester, 22% rayon, and 5% Spandex stretch twill.

Comfort and durability: Next Gen fabric is breathable and moisture-wicking, ensuring comfort throughout your day. The fabric is easy-care and can be washed at 60°C without worrying about colour fade or shrinking.

Care instructions

To keep your garments looking great wash after wash, follow these tips:

Turn scrubs inside out before washing.
Machine wash up to 60°C with similar colours.
Avoid bleach and detergents containing colour brighteners.
Tumble dry on low heat without dryer sheets.
Iron on low heat, inside-out. Put a cover/towel over the scrub when ironing.
Do not dry clean.
We advise to wash items separately and always wash before first wear.

The best scrubs! All the staff at our practice now wear Koi from HappyThreads 😁 So comfortable and come in somany lovely colours.

Love these!

I love these trousers! The fit is great, I'm 5'7 and the length is perfect! The material is excellent quality and feels very comfortable. I am waiting for them to come back in stock so I can buy more! These are much better than my old scrub trousers, really pleased with my purchase.

Fabulous range

Firstly the colour is great, as shown in the photo and would suit all skin types. Quality is the best, material is soft to the skin and when washed the items in this range can be hung and whey dried no ironing is required. True to size as well. All in all 10/10.

Koi Next Gen Everyday Hero Scrub Trousers - Black

I am five foot ten and usually struggle to get long enough trousers, these were in TALL size, I also have wide hips so have to order Large, they fit perfectly and are stretchy comfortable material, slightly fitted at the top but lose below the knees. I have had scrubs from Koi for the past 5 years and they have lasted very well, very durable, and still look new. Will continue to buy from KOI as long as I work! I bought with this a pink top to change things up, the good thing is black will go with anything, can also get matching black top
