We've put together some tips on making the best of the Happythreads sale by answering some frequently asked questions.
I need a specific size/colour, how do I find it?
Once you get to the Sale Page, you can filter products by size, colour, size brand and many other options. Just tick what you need and browse the results on the main page.
The size/colour I want isn’t available, what do I do?
We have limited sizes/quantities available of any items included in the sale. When they’re gone, they’re gone. If your size isn’t available it means someone has gotten there before you! You can browse by size to the left to see what is available in your size/colour.
Should I kit out my whole practice in your sale?
Sure, but please be aware that as some of the styles/colours in our sale are end of line or are available in limited quantities, it may be difficult to buy uniforms for new staff members in a few months time. If you would like to buy a large number of uniforms, please give Customer Service a call to discuss your options.
Can I return sale items?
Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. We cannot guarantee that exchange items will be available. If an exchange is requested and we cannot fulfil the request, we will offer the choice of an alternative item where possible, or refund your purchase. As usual, items for return need to be in “as new” condition, with tags and labels still attached. We cannot accept returns of items that have been embroidered, or items that have been worn and washed.
Can I order over the phone or by email?
Sorry, this sale is for online orders only. If you’re having trouble ordering online, call our customer service team and we’ll talk you through your online order.
Can I order and pay by BACS/Cheque?
Yes, you can order and pay by all the usual ways. However, as we cannot process orders until payment has been received, we recommend paying by credit/debit card or by Paypal at the time of order to ensure that we don’t sell out of your choice before we receive payment.
